Hi, I'm Gavin. I started Gavin's Greens to bring fresh, local microgreens to families around East Peoria. Microgreens are young vegetable and herb plants, harvested just after their first leaves. They pack a surprising amount of flavor and nutrition into every bite.
Everything is grown hydroponically on racks under controlled light, so the greens are clean, consistent and ready year-round. I harvest in small batches, which means what you get was growing just a day or two before.

What's growing
Every variety is $5 per 2 oz container. Mix and match however you like. If something's sold out, order it anyway: I'll grow it for you and it'll be ready in about 2 weeks.
Black Oil Sunflower
Nutty and crunchy with thick, juicy leaves. Great by the handful, in salads or on sandwiches.
